Engineers and editorial reviewers

Solution knowledge

Create and use reviewed repair knowledge within your organization.

What to do

  1. Search approved solutions by symptom, cause or model. Check applicability, precautions and the equipment before following repair steps.
  2. Propose a solution using a general title, equipment scope, observed symptoms, verified cause, repair steps and precautions. Do not include customer names, serial numbers, photos, passwords or personal information. Save the draft or discard your unsaved inputs.
  3. An authorized reviewer checks the proposed version, confirms removal of customer information and records a reason before publishing. A new proposal does not replace the published version until reviewed.
  4. Withdraw a published solution when its instructions are unsuitable. Reload after a conflicting decision. Published versions and editorial decisions retain their history.

Before you continue

Knowledge remains private to your organization. Nothing is copied automatically from customer reports; there is no AI generation.
