Service coordinators, managers and assigned technicians
Appointment calendar
See technician appointments and recorded free intervals in a day or seven-day view.
What to do
- Open Calendar. Choose a start date, Day or Seven days, and optionally one technician. The time zone shown above the calendar is the time zone used for all displayed times.
- Each day lists accessible technicians, their booked orders and recorded shifts. Open the work-order number to see its details. Engineers see only their own assignments.
- Free intervals are calculated within recorded shifts after subtracting appointments and breaks. No recorded shift means availability is unknown. An appointment with an unknown end prevents a free-time claim.
- Use Refresh calendar to load the latest saved state. An incomplete-result message means you must narrow the range or choose one technician. Free intervals are hidden while results are incomplete.
- Use the existing appointment comparison and confirmation workflow to make a booking. The calendar itself does not move or confirm appointments.
Before you continue
Free clock time does not prove that the technician can reach the customer or has the required skills. Customer windows, travel and the final server checks still apply.
Unscheduled orders remain in the work-order list. Changing the browser time zone changes the calendar display, not the stored appointment.
Questions and troubleshooting
Why does a technician show no availability?
Record a shift and complete missing appointment end times. No shift or incomplete records must not be interpreted as a free day.
