Your notifications
Find assigned work, appointment changes and case reviews due.
What to do
- Open Notifications in the main menu. Check the current organization. You see your own assignment and appointment notices and cases whose review is due and assigned to you.
- Select Unread only to focus on new items, or All available to include read notices. Use Refresh notifications for the current state; this view is not a push notification service.
- Select Open beside a notice to go to its work order or case. An appointment notice shows the current scheduled time, not a promise that an older appointment still applies.
- Select Mark read after reviewing an item. Mark unread brings it back to your unread list. Reading a notice does not complete an order or case.
Before you continue
Assignment and appointment history starts with this feature’s activation. Earlier work orders are still available in My jobs/Work orders; historic notifications are not invented.
Current access is checked whenever the list is loaded. Reassignment or loss of access removes the related notices. Completed/rescheduled case reviews stop appearing when no longer due.
This feature does not send email, SMS or mobile push messages.
Questions and troubleshooting
Why did a notice disappear?
The record may have been reassigned, the review date changed, or your access changed. Refresh and check your work list.
Why does an old appointment notice show a new date?
The event records that a change happened; its link and displayed appointment use the current work-order state.
