Understand the service workflow before entering your first record.

What to do

  1. Open app.zenithron.com and sign in with your invited account. Complete the security step shown by the sign-in service. Check the organization name before entering business information.
  2. Find or create the customer, then the site and installed equipment. A customer is the company receiving service; a site is one of its locations; an installed asset is an individual piece of equipment.
  3. Create a case for the service issue. Add a work order for the equipment and assign an engineer. A case is the overall issue; a work order organizes the work needed to resolve it.
  4. The assigned engineer opens the work order, starts a visit and completes the linked report. Save the draft before leaving the page. Review coverage and approved quotations when relevant.
  5. Record actual labour and parts, complete the visit, obtain the required report confirmation and review billing readiness. Closing the service case does not mean that an ERP invoice has been posted.

Before you continue

One asset can have several separate cases. Keep the displayed case, work-order and report numbers together when discussing a job.

Menus depend on your role and assignment. An empty list means no matching visible records; it is not a demonstration dataset.

Questions and troubleshooting

Where should I log in?

Use app.zenithron.com for daily work. The sign-in service may briefly use auth.zenithron.com. Technical administration is separate; ordinary users do not need a Plesk or infrastructure account.

Can I try the system with invented customer data?

Use an agreed training environment. Do not create fictitious records in a live organization merely to explore buttons.
