Sign-in, security and sessions
Get access and recover your workspace without losing work.
What to do
- Open your invitation in the intended email account. Follow the account setup steps presented: email verification, your own password and multi-factor setup where required.
- Keep recovery codes privately if the setup offers them. Never send passwords, authenticator codes or recovery codes to a colleague or support conversation.
- Choose the intended organization when more than one membership is available. Changing organization affects what data you can see and edit.
- Before signing out or following a session recovery link, save your work. If saving fails, keep the form open and preserve necessary information through your organization’s approved process.
- If Zenithron reports that the session or organization changed in another tab, stop editing the stale tab. Check the active organization, preserve unconfirmed work and reload as instructed.
Before you continue
Session renewal depends on active interaction; an unattended tab does not keep a session alive indefinitely. Security limits may still require you to sign in again.
After a connection failure, a write may already have reached the server. Check the saved record before repeating the action.
Questions and troubleshooting
Invalid username or password?
Check that you are using the invited account and correct sign-in page. Do not repeatedly guess credentials. Ask your organization administrator to verify your membership; use account recovery only when it is available.
Why do I not see operational modules?
A tenant administrator manages people and configuration; that role alone does not provide service-operation access. Ask your administrator to check the intended role. Do not share another user’s login.
What if I lose my second factor?
Use your privately saved recovery method if available. Otherwise contact the responsible administrator for identity-verified recovery. This guide cannot bypass multi-factor protection.
