Coordinators, service managers and organization owners
Service analytics
Read service totals, recorded time, planned workload and repeated equipment cases.
What to do
- Open Service analytics. Select a period up to 366 days. From is inclusive and Until is exclusive; date boundaries use UTC.
- Review created cases and how many of that cohort are currently closed. Separately review cases whose latest closure falls in the selected period.
- Review closures with exactly one visit, saved work/travel hours, and scheduled appointment hours per active technician. Appointments without an end time are counted separately.
- Review equipment with multiple cases during the period. These include planned maintenance and do not necessarily indicate recurring faults.
- Download summary CSV for the displayed numeric totals and recorded time. Keep exported business data within your organization’s approved handling process.
Before you continue
A one-visit closure is not a guaranteed first-time fix. Reopened cases only count as closed after they are closed again.
Recorded time uses current saved report entries, including drafts. Overlapping entries in different reports are not deduplicated. Scheduled workload likewise sums appointments and is not an employee productivity or utilization score.
Maintenance backlog is the current number of overdue active plans, regardless of the selected reporting period.
The equipment list shows the top 50; workload shows up to 500 active technicians. Truncation is explicitly indicated.
Questions and troubleshooting
Why does the report change later?
Cases may be reopened and current report entries may be corrected. This is a current operational analysis, not an immutable accounting snapshot.
Are travel estimates the same as recorded travel?
No. Recorded time comes from saved service report entries; appointment duration represents planned time.
