Prepare messages without sending
Save, preview and cancel messages with traceable history.
What to do
- Save and review your company templates under Settings → Design & emails first.
- Open Settings → Prepared mail. Expand Prepare a message and select its type and language.
- Enter the intended recipient, name, business reference and message details. Include the agreed time zone in appointment text. Use only information the recipient is entitled to receive.
- Select Save prepared message — do not send. Zenithron stores the rendered content and template revision. It does not contact the recipient.
- Open the message and history to review the HTML, plain text and preparation or cancellation events. Check whether its status is prepared or cancelled.
- To correct a saved message, cancel it with a reason and prepare a replacement. Later company-design changes do not silently change the stored message.
- Use the status filter and Refresh outbox to find prepared or cancelled messages.
Before you continue
Prepared messages are saved for review. Saving them does not send an email.
Prepared and cancelled are message preparation states. Check delivery separately through your agreed communication process.
Repeated submission of the same preparation is protected against duplicate records. If an uncertain request conflicts after you change its contents, check the outbox before creating another.
Messages, intended recipient details and history are private to authorized administrators in the organization and retained for traceability. Do not put passwords, access tokens or unnecessary personal information in them.
Message preparation supports English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Dutch. Choose the intended recipient’s language and review the exact saved content. Recipient-entered details and your message are not automatically translated.

Why has no email arrived?
Prepared messages are saved for review. Saving them does not send an email.
Can I edit a saved message?
Its captured content is immutable. Cancel it and prepare a corrected replacement.
