What to do
- Compare the planned Service and Operations plans. Service includes 3 operational users for EUR 149 per month or EUR 1,490 per year. Operations includes 5 operational users for EUR 299 per month or EUR 2,990 per year. Prices exclude tax.
- Confirm which organization will hold the subscription and who is authorized to manage its commercial agreement.
- Online subscription purchasing is not currently active. No displayed preparation status means you have purchased or started a paid subscription.
- For an existing arrangement, use the agreed commercial contact until a verified subscription management workflow is available. Do not enter card details into ordinary support or feedback fields.
Before you continue
Each standard plan includes 2 administrator-only users. Additional operational users cost EUR 29 per month or EUR 290 per year on Service, and EUR 39 per month or EUR 390 per year on Operations. Enterprise is available by individual quotation. These approved launch prices do not activate a subscription; purchasing remains unavailable.
Stripe is being prepared only. Live checkout, automated charges, cancellations and upgrades are not available through this documentation.
Questions and troubleshooting
Does a service invoice pay for Zenithron itself?
No. Customer service billing inside the workspace and your company’s subscription to Zenithron are separate.
Can I activate a paid plan by editing a browser setting?
No. Commercial entitlements must be verified and applied by the server. A redirect or confirmation page alone is not proof of payment.
